We start off with a threat assessment to ascertain the clients needs and guarding strategy. If the client has a guarding compliment, we then assess the current guarding strategy to ensure that the needs of the client are fulfilled. We ensure that the guards and security companies are fully compliant. This allows the client to avoid unforeseen costs in the form of hefty fines.

Management

We can manage the security on behalf of the client. The client will sign a contract with Phoenix Commercial Security and we compile the guarding compliment needed for the client and manage the guarding strategy. We conduct continuous inspections to ensure that the guards are performing their duties and adhering to the guarding strategy.
